Established in 1983, the Hong Kong Quality Management Association (HKQMA) has been actively promoting a better understanding of quality management methods in Hong Kong. Over 40 years of development, HKQMA has extended its service to offer a wide range of professional services including quality management training, focus group seminar, consultancy service consultancy service including company diagnostic on business improvement, process and product innovation and independent internal audit on management system etc., company visit and organizational experience sharing activities to its members.
